The UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office advises against traveling to Nagorno-Karabakh and the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. On July 9, the Ministry published "an updated assessment that terrorists are likely to attempt attacks in Azerbaijan." "The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office does not recommend travel to Nagorno-Karabakh and surrounding areas, including the Zengilan, Jabrail, Gubadli, Lachin and Kelbajar districts on the Azerbaijan-Armenia border, the western districts of Khojavand, Fizuli and Agdam, and the Azerbaijan-Armenia border. The Ministry recommends to refrain from any travel at a distance of less than 5 km from the border with Armenia," the report says.
