Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, 559 children have been killed and 1,449 injured, the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine has reported. "As of the morning of July 9, 2024, according to the official information of juvenile prosecutors, 559 children have been killed as a result of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation. More than 1449 were injured of varying degrees of severity," the message reads. The latest victims were four children killed in a Russian missile strike on Kyiv on Monday.
