News - Karabakh army dismisses Azerbaijan claim on jamming Baku-Tbilisi flight GPS

Azerbaijan on Tuesday issued a false statement claiming that between 8:28pm and 8:34pm Monday, the respective units of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army jammed the GPS of a civil aircraft flying on the Baku-Tbilisi route. The statement by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan is an absolute lie, and the aforementioned aircraft has no need not only to cross the airspace of Artsakh, but even to approach it, the Artsakh Defense Army informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. By disseminating such false statements, Azerbaijan aims to divert the attention of the international community from the humanitarian disaster caused in Artsakh by the illegal blockade of the Lachin corridor by Azerbaijan and to prepare an information base for another provocation.
