Armenia and Azerbaijan are proposed to sign a peace treaty exclusively on Western platforms, and "mediator" services are imposed on them. This was announced by Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov at the meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the CSTO member countries, in Kazakhstan. "NATO seeks to strengthen its positions in the Caucasus, to have access to the resources of the Caspian Sea, and direct access to Central Asia," stressed the Russian defense minister.
