News - European Council chair: We welcome humanitarian cargo simultaneous passage via Lachin, Aghdam

Humanitarian supplies are finally underway to Karabakh Armenians. President of the European Council, Charles Michel, noted this on X—former Twitter. “Welcome the simultaneous passage of humanitarian cargo via Lachin & Agdam. This must be now regularized. Also essential to launch talks between Baku & Karabakh on their rights & security, which EU stands ready to support,” Michel added. As reported earlier, medicines and flour were delivered to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Monday to help its population. Zara Amatuni, Communication and Prevention Program Manager of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Armenia office, officially had confirmed this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
