Hraparak daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes as follows, in part: According to Hraparak’s information, [PM] Nikol Pashinyan will not go to Sardarapat [Memorial Tuesday]. Such a decision was made after Bagrat Srbazan [i.e. the leader of the Tavush for the Homeland movement] announced that they are marching to the Sardarapat Memorial to spend the night there and celebrate the victory of the heroic battle [in 1918]. We were told that Pashinyan will award medals to the military on the occasion of the holiday at the RA presidency, and then he will go to Aparan, the memorial of the Bash-Aparan heroic battle. This is the first time since taking office [in 2018] that Pashinyan does not come to Sardarapat. Let us note that thousands of citizens have come to the [Sardarapat] memorial with the Srbazan.
