At least 38 Palestinians have been killed and many injured as a result of a series of Israeli attacks in central and northern Gaza Strip, reports Al Jazeera. In recent hours, Israeli aircraft and artillery have carried out massive attacks on the cities of Deir El-Balah and Gaza in the central part of this Palestinian enclave. At least 12 people, including women and children, were reportedly killed in the bombing of an aid depot in Deir El-Balah. According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, Israel's ongoing attack in Gaza since October 7, 2023 has resulted in the deaths of 35,800 Palestinians, the injury of another 80,200, and more than 7,000 civilians are still missing. Israel's actions have led to the forced displacement of nearly 2 million people across the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of them—to the densely populated southern city of Rafah near the Egyptian border.
