Azerbaijan does only what is in its own interests. Seyran Ohanyan, head of the opposition Armenia Faction of the National Assembly (NA) and former defense minister of Armenia, stated this at the press briefings in the NA on Thursday. The opposition MP noted that in one case, Azerbaijan imposes border delimitation in the direction of Armenia’s Tavush Province, it can make reference to one or another map and the Almaty Declaration of 1991, and in the other case, it does not agree to what may go beyond its interests. "Peace with Azerbaijan is a necessity, but the current process is premature, especially if we take into account its [i.e. Azerbaijan’s] rhetoric, provocations, and genocide against Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)]," Ohanyan noted.
