News - Defense minister, Belgium envoy discuss Armenia army reforms, regional security

The Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, on Thursday received the Belgian Ambassador to Armenia, Eric de Muynck. First, the minister congratulated the ambassador on commencing his diplomatic mission in Armenia, and wished him success in fulfilling his accountable duties, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. During the meeting, the prospects for collaboration between the defense ministries of the two countries were discussed. Regional security issues and the ongoing reforms in the Armenian Armed Forces were addressed as well.
