The farewell procession for Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and Minister of Foreign Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, who were killed in a helicopter crash, began in the city of Tabriz, in the northwest of the country, reports IRNA News agency. Several thousand people are taking part in the march. The vast majority off them are in mourning clothes. Funerals will take place in several other cities of Iran as well. After Tabriz, the coffins of the victims will be sent to Tehran for a general memorial prayer in the capital's mosque. Raisi will be buried in his hometown of Mashhad.
