Days after Israel's Military Cabinet Minister Benny Gantz threatened Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to pull out of the coalition, far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir said he expects Netanyahu to offer him a position in the military cabinet, the Times of Israel reported. In an interview with the ultra-Orthodox news site Kikar Hashabbat, Ben Gvir said he had no doubt that Netanyahu would invite him."I think Netanyahu understands very well what I want from him. We have private conversations, and in private conversations, I allow myself to tell him a lot of things," Ben Gvir added.Earlier, Israeli Military Cabinet Minister Benny Gantz issued an ultimatum to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, demanding that he stick to an agreed vision for resolving the conflict in Gaza that includes determining who will rule Gaza after Hamas is defeated, and warned that he would leave the coalition if that did not happen.
