Azerbaijan's new embassy in Iran will be opened in a "safer” place. Aykhan Hajizada, head of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Azerbaijan, told the members of the media about this. "As part of the negotiations between the officials of the two countries and the relevant departments during the last few months, the expectations of Baku have been brought to the attention of the Iranian side, work has been done to move our embassy to a new place that is safer and meets all the requirements necessary for work,” Hajizada said. "As a result, the new location of the embassy has already been decided. Currently, preparatory work is underway in the building. After the completion of the work, it is planned to resume the activities of the embassy in the new location."
