News - Newspaper: World Trade Center Yerevan is ‘created’ on paper

Zhoghovurd daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes as follows in part: By the decision of the mayor of Yerevan dated 10.05.2024, it was allowed to use the word "Yerevan" in the name of the World Trade Center Yerevan CJSC (the center shall be built on the base of the HayPost building). When reading this decision, we involuntarily remember the 10 million worth tree project that should have been planted years ago, the billions of dollars of investments that should have "flooded" the RA economy immediately after the CC [i.e. the ruling Civil Contract Party] came to power, and many other unfulfilled promises. Let's just remind the reader that there are special world-famous trade centers and complexes in New York, Dubai. P.S. Compare Manhattan and the HayPost building on Saryan Street, and you will get the picture of which  reality the RA has been in—for 6 years now.
