A joint declaration on the strengthening of strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Bulgaria was signed in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku. The document was signed by Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev and Bulgarian president Rumen Radev, reports APA. In the statement made for the press, Aliyev boasted about the increase in the export of Azerbaijani natural gas to Bulgaria. "Last year, Azerbaijan transported 1.25 billion cubic meters of gas to the Bulgarian market. For comparison, I can say that in 2022, this figure was only 600 million," Aliyev said.
