Last year I participated in the May 9 event [i.e. the Victory Day anniversary parade in Moscow], and I don't think I need to participate every year. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during his press conference Tuesday. Pashinyan added that he does not recall any leader of Armenia or any other country attending the May 9 event every year. "Wouldn't it seem strange to you if the leader of Armenia attended the May 9 military parade [in Moscow] every year?" Pashinyan asked in turn. The Armenian PM reminded that he will chair the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council on Wednesday in Moscow. "I have to be there de jure, and it is part of my work. This press conference is also a part of my work," Pashinyan added.
