Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will not attend the Victory Parade to be held in Moscow Thursday. Yuri Ushakov, the Russian presidential aide on foreign policy, told this to reporters, according to RIA Novosti. "Apparently, the Prime Minister of Armenia will not be able to participate in the parade. And Aliyev will be absent this time, too. He recently came to Moscow literally ten days ago, there were close contacts with him, a five-hour contact between the presidents. And this is due to the fact that at the same time a solemn event dedicated to the memory of [former Azerbaijani president] Heydar Aliyev is being held in Azerbaijan," Ushakov explained.
