Artsakh Defense Ministry refutes Baku's disinformation

The statement disseminated by the Azerbaijani MoD claiming that on September 16 around 13:00 the Artsakh Defense Forces carried out fortification works in Askeran region that allegedly had been suspended by the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces is another disinformation, Defense Forces of the Republic of Artsakh report.
