Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, presented his country’s version of the events in the South Caucasus to the participants of the 3rd session of the Arab Economic and Cooperation Forum with the countries of Central Asia and Azerbaijan, in Doha, the capital of Qatar. Bayramov " provided detailed information about the current situation in the region in the post-conflict period,(…) as well as the normalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia," APA reported. FM of Azerbaijan noted that the "bilateral and direct peace negotiations that Azerbaijan favors is calculated for sustainable peace and stability in South Caucasus,” and are also the most effective and successful line from the point of view of achieving mutually acceptable results, as evidenced by the recent agreements reached between border delimitation commissions of the two countries, APA added. The Doha Declaration that was adopted on the conclusions of the aforesaid session, and the latter’s participants expressed support for the normalization process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
