The Hasratyan-Minasyan Foundation, established by Mikayel Minasyan, the former Armenian Ambassador to the Holy See, is preparing to release an outstanding book in honor of Armenian artist Valentin Podpomogov's jubilee. In 2024, the Hasratyan-Minasyan Foundation is set to publish an exclusive work as part of the Minasyan series, commemorating Valentin Podpomogov's 100th birth anniversary. This book, authored by art critic Vigen Galstyan, will provide insights into Podpomogov's life, art, and showcase his significant paintings that have never been displayed before. Founded in 2019, the Hasratyan-Minasyan Foundation was established by Ambassador Mikayel Minasyan. The foundation pays homage to the legacy of Mikayel Minasyan's grandfathers - the distinguished scientist and political figure Mikayel Minasyan, and the architect and political figure Grigor Hasratyan. The foundation's mission centers around preserving and advancing Armenia's artistic and cultural heritage across Armenia, Artsakh, and the Diaspora, while also fostering international cultural collaborations. The "Hasratyan" series is dedicated to honoring influential figures in 20th-century Armenian architecture and fine arts. This series strives to showcase the remarkable impact of Armenian artists, architects, and artisans on both local and international stages. The first installment in this series was released in June 2021, focusing on architect Fenix Darbinyan, and it was authored by renowned Armenian architect expert Karen Balyan.
