Armenia needs a change of power. We need skilled, visionary, national leaders. This was stated by the former foreign minister of Armenia, Vartan Oskanian, during a roundtable discussion held on Monday. He added that the pain of the war in 2020 should also be abandoned, and there is a need to be guided by the interests of Armenia. Oskanian highlighted the importance of conducting new alliance negotiations with the same vectors, but based on new realities. The former Armenian official expressed confidence that Armenia's ally—that is, Russia—understands this. "It also needs new approaches, the allied relations need to be reviewed," emphasized the former FM of Armenia. According to him, a change of power in Armenia will create opportunities to ensure the country's security. "It is also important to put an end to the polarization of society. Armenia is on the verge of becoming a police state," concluded Vartan Oskanian.
