France envoy to Armenia makes social media post dedicated to Armenian Genocide anniversary

French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies on Wednesday made a social media post devoted to the 109th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. "This April 24, we commemorate the Armenian genocide of 1915," the French ambassador wrote on X—formerly Twitter.
