The Lebanese Hezbollah movement has announced that it carried out drone strikes on two Israeli military bases in response to the killing of two of its fighters, reports Al Jazeera. Hezbollah launched a "combined air attack using decoy and explosive drones” that hit two Israeli positions north of the city of Acre. This was done in response to an Israeli drone attack, as a result of which Hussein Azqul, who served in the Hezbollah air defense unit in southern Lebanon, was killed today. Muhammad Attiya, a member of Hezbollah’s Radwan force, was killed in an overnight airstrike near the town of Arzon, according to a statement from the Israeli army. This attack was Hezbollah's deepest penetration into Israel since the start of the Gaza war, adds Al Jazeera.
