Azerbaijan has its own forces to ensure security in Nagorno-Karabakh, Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) General Secretary Imangali Tasmagambetov told TASS. "As for the presence of Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh, now it is the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which has its own forces to ensure security; and it is obvious that this matter is not resolved unilaterally. I think that stability in the region largely depends on the prospects of signing a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan," the CSTO chief said, commenting on the withdrawal of the Russian peacekeeping force from Nagorno-Karabakh.
