Hungary plans aid package for Armenians forcibly displaced from Karabakh (PHOTOS)

Armenian Ambassador to Hungary Ashot Smbatyan met with a group of members of the Armenian community in Budapest. Armenian youths from Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, who study at universities in Budapest within the framework of the scholarship program provided by the Hungarian government, also participated in the meeting, the embassy of Armenia in Hungary informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. With the assistance of the Hungarian authorities, several Armenian students from Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as several Armenian families who were forcibly deported from there, moved to Budapest during 2024, and an assistance package has been planned or them by the Hungarian authorities.
