News - Armenia vs Azerbaijan lawsuit hearings continue at International Court of Justice

Verbal hearings in the Armenia vs. Azerbaijan lawsuit continue Tuesday at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) of the United Nations. The first refers to the 44-day war in 2020 and the Azerbaijani violations that followed it, the second—to the illegal Azerbaijani trials of Armenians captured at various phases, the third—to the armed presence of Azerbaijanis in the sovereign territory of Armenia and the resulting human rights violations, and the fourth—to the Azerbaijani violations in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh); this includes the forcible deportation of Artsakh Armenians.
