Mkhitar Hayrapetyan: Diaspora participation in Armenia military industry development is growing

by Lilit April 15, 2024

The professional and scientific targeted engagement by the Armenian diaspora in the development of the military industry complex of Armenia is growing. Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, the Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia, stated this during a press conference Monday. For him, the dynamics of this growth are obvious. "It is not only about attracting human capital; new resources are getting involved, investments are made in small companies. They [i.e. Diaspora Armenians] invest in the companies that supply the [Armenian] armed forces," added the high-tech minister.
