The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on Saturday seized an Israeli-linked cargo ship in the Persian Gulf, Mehr reports. The Sepah naval special forces seized the Israeli-linked vessel in a helicopter operation near the Strait of Hormuz. The vessel has now been sent to Iranian territorial waters. The vessel, named MSC Aries, was reportedly flying the Portuguese flag and was linked to a London-based company owned by an Israeli billionaire. No other details have yet been released.
