News - Armenia does not participate in CSTO Military Committee meeting

Armenia did not participate in the session of the CSTO Military Committee for the development of military cooperation between the member states. The 23rd such meeting took place Friday in the format of a videoconference under the leadership of the First Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia, Valery Gerasimov, reported by the press service of the CSTO Joint Headquarters. A representative of Armenia, however, was not among the participants. During the meeting, challenges and threats to military security in the CSTO collective security regions were discussed.
