We have a special attitude in relations with Iran. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this in his address Wednesday during the parliamentary debates on the performance of the Armenian government in 2023. "Our relations with our neighbor with ancient traditions of statehood are based on natural interests, which makes these relations special. Moreover, we have not contrasted the development of our relations with the West, we do not contrast, and we will not contrast our relations with Iran, and we have not contrasted the relations with Iran, we do not contrast, and we will not contrast the relations with the West," he said. Pashinyan noted that this resolution refers to Armenia's strategic perceptions of regional relations in general. "We have adopted this political line, which is quite a difficult but solvable issue. It is simply necessary to build the foreign policy on the logic of sovereignty and some details may be more noticeable," said the Armenian PM.
