Armenia has received Azerbaijan's new comments on the text of the peace treaty with Armenia. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government. "We will work and submit our [respective] comments [to Azerbaijan] within a reasonable time," he added. "Peace has no alternative in our region and is the only solution that guarantees the sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, and security of our countries, the countries of the region, which is a necessary and fundamental condition for normal development and progress. Today, also in this sense, overcoming the [ongoing] humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh is urgent, towards which we [i.e. Armenia] will continue to take all possible measures."
