25 killed in Istanbul nightclub fire

At least 25 people have died as a result of a fire that broke out in a nightclub in Istanbul, Turkey, reports Anadolu Agency. A total of 31 firetrucks and 86 firemen were engaged in extinguishing the fire, which ultimately was put out. Istanbul Governor Davut Gul inspected the site of this fire that broke out in a nightclub under a 16-story building in Besiktas district. According to him, the fire broke out due to the renovation work in this nightclub. And Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya has announced that an investigation is underway into this fire.
