Local sources added that members of the Iranian diplomatic mission in Damascus, including the ambassador and his family, were not injured. General Mohammad Reza Zahedi, commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Syria and Lebanon, was killed in the Israeli attack, Mehr News Agency reports.
