What we want at this time is to get the border. It is natural that the Azerbaijani troops shall pull back in a mirror format from the place where Azerbaijan is ahead; this shall happen all along the border. Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, stated this speaking with reporters in the NA Wednesday. To the question whether this will be a simultaneous process because Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan has stated that it will not happen at the moment, Simonyan responded: "I don't know that detail, I can't say whether it will happen simultaneously or not, but these processes must happen in parallel. I mean, they have to happen within the same process. That process must have continuity along the entire border. Whoever said that ‘they [i.e. the Armenian authorities] are giving one millimeter of land from the territory of Armenia,’ that person is a provocateur and is specifically aimed at introducing internal discord." And as for the border delimitation process with Georgia, the Armenian parliament speaker said. "We don't have any problems and disputed issues with Georgia; therefore it is not appropriate to discuss the border delimitation issue with Georgia now."
