News - France lawmakers visit Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan

A delegation led by Anne-Laurence Petel, head of the France-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group of the French National Assembly (NA), on Wednesday visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan. They were accompanied by Vladimir Vardanyan, head of the Armenia-France Friendship Group of the Armenian NA, and Olivier Decottignies, the French Ambassador to Armenia, the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. The visiting members of the delegation from France placed flowers at the Eternal Flame of the memorial, and observed a minute of silence in honor of the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide. Also, the guests toured the Armenian Genocide Museum, after which Anne-Laurence Petel signed its book of honored guests.
