The head of the aforesaid department shared such information with reporters, according to TASS. "We believe that it is so," Bortnikov emphasized, answering the question about the possible involvement of London, Washington, and Kyiv in this terrorist attack. According to the FSB chief, his department currently has general information and developments in this matter. Earlier, the Secretary of the Russian Security Council of Russia, Nikolai Patrushev, had said that Ukraine was involved in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall.
