French Ambassador Olivier Decottignies made a post on his microblog in X about the violation of the rights of Artsakh Armenians. "On the road to Stepanakert, which is now closed. 100,000 Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh have been forced to flee their homes after 9 months of blockade and brutal attack by Azerbaijan. Their right to return, recognized by the UN International Court of Justice, is being violated today," the French ambassador wrote, publishing to his post a photo of a road sign with distances to Martakert, Stepanakert, Drmbon, Karvachar, and Sotk.
