As of the end of February 2024, the national debt of Armenia amounted to 11 billion 943 million US dollars. Compared to the beginning of the year, it increased by $97.5 million, or by 0.8 percent. This is evidenced by the data of the Ministry of Finance, Hetq.am online newspaper reports. In particular, as of the end of February, the foreign national debt of Armenia amounted to 6 billion 441 million dollars, decreasing by $60 million, or 0.9 percent, within two months. And the domestic debt amounted to 5 billion 502 million dollars, increasing by about $158 million, or 2.9 percent.
