Azerbaijan still refuses to fulfill its part of the proposal submitted by the mediation of Russia: to reopen the Lachin corridor and allow the international mission of the Red Cross, Russian peacekeepers, and private companies supplying Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) with essential goods to enter Artsakh. Tigran Abrahamyan, secretary of the opposition "With Honor" Faction of the National Assembly of Armenia and a security expert, wrote about this on Facebook. He added as follows: "Although even at this moment as well the Russian side is negotiating with Azerbaijan to fulfill the commitments it assumed, at the same time, the Azerbaijani side is making statements that torpedo the process, which pushes the situation to a dead end. "By the way, Azerbaijan's actions contradict the proposals made by all geopolitical centers regarding the resolution of the situation, which implies that international players should increase pressure on Azerbaijan. "In the current situation, the actions of various capitals [of the world] will show who and how is committed to the principles it declared regarding regional peace and stability."
