Yerevan still does not understand how the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) partners present their area of responsibility in the South Caucasus. This was stated Friday by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ararat Mirzoyan, during the discussions of the report on the progress and results of the 2023 implementation of the 2021-2026 program of the Armenian government at the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly. According to the FM, the Armenian side has made all possible efforts to have the minimum acceptable wording with which it can petition to this organization. "However, in the end, we realized that these efforts would not be successful; that is, this mission was impossible," Mirzoyan added.
