This was stated Friday by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ararat Mirzoyan, during the discussions of the report on the progress and results of the 2023 implementation of the 2021-2026 program of the Armenian government at the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly. "In addition to that, we have had informal contacts as well; for example, within the framework of the 3+3 format—actually, the 3+2 format ministerial meeting in Tehran. It is noteworthy that from the moment when the president of Azerbaijan refused these series of meetings—starting from Granada, the meetings of the [Armenian and Azerbaijani] foreign ministers also stopped from the same moment. Nevertheless, in 2024, meetings at the level of foreign ministers resumed in Munich, then in Berlin," added Mirzoyan.
