India's Ambassador to Armenia, Nilakshi Saha Sinha, stated this at the India-Armenia business forum in Yerevan on Thursday. In her assessment, the political relations between Armenia and India have a solid foundation and are based on long-standing ties between the two peoples. She considered it important that political ties serve to strengthen economic ties between Armenia and India. The two countries share common democratic and cultural values, and this strengthens their relations even more. The presence of numerous Indian university students and workers in Armenia also creates foundations for cooperation, the Indian diplomat noted.
