News - Karabakh ex-official: Initiative to ensure Artsakh people’s needs plans to hold rally at Freedom Square in Yerevan

Yesterday, a notification letter was sent to the mayor of Yerevan that a rally of the initiative to ensure the needs of the forcibly displaced people of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) will take place on March 20 at Yerevan's Freedom Square. Artak Beglaryan, the former Minister of State and Human Rights Ombudsman of Artsakh, wrote about this on Facebook Tuesday. "The purpose of the assembly is to discuss and raise the proposals and demands of the [forcibly displaced] people of Artsakh regarding the projects of ensuring the housing needs of the people of Artsakh, support for rent, and other related programs being discussed by the RA [(Republic of Armenia)] government. We invite all concerned persons to participate in that assembly and jointly solve the current problems of [forcibly displaced] Artsakh Armenians,” Beglaryan added, in particular.
