Pashinyan: We hope progress will be made at Armenia, Azerbaijan FMs’ upcoming meeting

by Lilit Feb. 27, 2024

We discussed, with the prime minister of Greece, matters related to the regional, international situation. Visiting Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at his joint press conference with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis in Athens Tuesday. "I told Prime Minister Mitsotakis about our efforts being made to achieve peace with Azerbaijan. I told also about the existing problems, where we have reached, and what problems there are to ensure further progress. Of course, you are aware that another meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia is expected in the near future. We need to have hope that it will be possible to make progress during that meeting," said the Armenian premier.
