Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this in an interview with France 24 television, speaking about Azerbaijan's accusatory statements regarding the weapons acquired by Armenia. "Why is Azerbaijan concerned about the reforms of the armed forces of Armenia in the case when it keeps occupied the sovereign territories of Armenia? In the case when we propose to delimit our borders once and for all and withdraw the troops [of the two countries] in a ‘mirror’ version? We would mutually withdraw our troops from the border, which could be a step towards peace," added the Armenian PM.
