(…) According to Article 4 of the 1954 Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict, any act of vandalism, theft, robbery, misappropriation, enmity, and reprisal against cultural heritage is prohibited," Avanesov reminded.
