News - Armenia parliament speaker: Normalization of relations with Azerbaijan discussed with head of Czech Chamber of Deputies

With the President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic, Marketa Pekarova Adamova, we discussed the processes taking place in our region, also the development of relations, trade circulation, as well as cooperation between our countries on various international platforms. Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, stated this during a joint news press conference with the visiting President of the  Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, Marketa Pekarova Adamova, in Yerevan Wednesday. "Also, I and Adamova had a private conversation, during which we also discussed the matter of regional relations and the normalization of relations with our neighbor, Azerbaijan. Our guest will head to the neighboring country from here and we had discussions in that regard as well. “I welcome our colleague's visit here. I was informed that it is not the first time that our guest is visiting Armenia. She was here years ago and records great changes that have taken place. “I must note that I am very happy that we have formed quite good interpersonal relations, for which I am grateful," added Simonyan.
