News - Deputy FM: Armenia not yet signed CSTO summary documents

The Armenian side has not yet signed the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) summary documents which were adopted at the CSTO summit held in Minsk last year. Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan informed this to reporters Monday, adding that the discussions about these documents are still ongoing. And to a reporter's question about what worries Armenia in this regard, Kostanyan responded: "It doesn't worry [Armenia]; it's at the phase of discussion." The package of these documents was adopted last November in the Belarusian capital of Minsk, where the CSTO summit was held. But there is no signature of Armenia on these documents because the Armenian delegation had not attended this summit.
