News - Azerbaijan extends incarceration period of all captive former leaders of Karabakh

The authorities of Azerbaijan have extended the period of imprisonment of all captive former leaders of Nagorno-Karabakh. These former leaders are: ex-Presidents Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, and Arayik Harutyunyan, former Foreign Minister David Babayan, National Assembly Speaker Davit Ishkhanyan, as well as Generals Levon Mnatsakanyan and Davit Manukyan. An Azerbaijani court granted the respective motions and extended the custody of each accused for another four months, report the Azerbaijani media. Earlier, it was reported that the incarceration of Ruben Vardanyan, former Minister of State of Nagorno-Karabakh, was extended for four months.
