"On this basis, Azerbaijan declares that any elections held on the territory of Ukraine in accordance with the Constitution and legislation of this state can be legitimate. This principled position of Azerbaijan is based on the universally recognized norms and principles of international law concerning respect for rights related to the sovereignty of states.
