However, we are not leaving this region precisely because it is extremely important for us to have peace and stability here. Why does Russia accuse Armenia, not Azerbaijan, of non-fulfillment of the tripartite agreement?" he said. Kopyrkin noted that such expressions that only Armenia is to blame for everything, the Russian position was not expressed in this way. "Positive assessments of Armenia are often heard, which, sadly, are not being covered [by the media].
